DAREL + KATHLEEN ANSLEY
Hi, We are Darel & Kathleen Ansley,
We married our opposite in faith, finances, and parenting. Our 34 years of marriage gives testimony to the ditches along that path and God’s grace as He nudged us together in the middle of it. We still maintain our individual strengths and weaknesses with Jesus in the middle and God’s glory the goal.
We attribute the survival of our marriage, becoming better instead of bitter through this process, to the role models and mentors God placed on our path throughout this journey. Each one of those people played a significant role in bringing us together rather than letting life tear us apart. We would love to pass on that gift to other couples, to grow together-together on faith, finances, and parenting.
Some specifics that God navigated us through include:
Adoption, business theft by mentors, bankruptcy, homeschooling, 100% commission single income, embracing homemaking, teen angst, son recovering from addiction, new to grandparenting
