The Parable of the Shrewd Manager

What in the world is Jesus talking about? Universally recognized as the most confusing of all Jesus’ parables, he appears to commend extortion, price gauging, and all-around underhanded deviousness. Whaaaat?! But upon closer inspection, we see a lesson emerge that lies at the foundation of happiness and success, both with our worldly wealth and spiritual riches.
