Hi, we are Larry & Dawn Wooten from Wenatchee.
We have been married for 48 years and have two daughters and six grandchildren.  We spent many years in Alaska pastoring small churches and doing missions work in various parts of the state.   Larry was a bush pilot during those years in Alaska as well as doing other jobs to help support our family.  We lived very busy, active lives trying to juggle schedules between family, ministry, work and surviving the challenges of long cold winters in Alaska.  

Shortly after we moved to Washington, Larry had a severe heart attack at the age of 49.  We felt we were just in our prime of life and now due to Larry’s heart sustaining significant damage, we were faced with the reality that our lives were never going to be the same.  These last 19 years we have learned to find a new normal as our roles in life changed.  We have heard doctors say on more than one occasion that there is nothing they can do to improve the quality of life, yet God’s grace has continually sustained us and we have experienced His faithful provision for us year after year.
